This coffee comes from the Veracruz region of Mexico. The Veracruz region provides the perfect coffee growing environment in the high-altitude plantations around Coatepec.

This a special honey-processed bean that has its skin removed, but the sugary pulp remains through fermentation to add a sweet flavor. After de-pulping, this coffee dries for up to 20 days on covered raised beds.

This coffee is supremely sweet with a mild orange citric acidity, chocolate and sugar cane flavor profile, and a big creamy body!

If you are wanting to support a family owned business that roasts extraordinary beans and is environmentally friendly - Wild Tiger Coffee is it. We ordered our coffee on Friday and received it by Monday. We were very impressed with not only the taste, but the efficiency of it all. Our beans came in a compostable bag and shipping pouch. We ordered the Mexico Veracruz Honey, which is a great everyday morning coffee. We tasted subtle hints of caramel and orange that make it a perfect pairing with your morning muffin or toast. It’s clear this is a business that cares about the environment and has put a lot of thought into their product.

A Great Medium Roast Blend for the general, simple coffee lover!

This one is a fan favorite! When I am hosting people at the house and need to brew a cup of coffee, I choose the Mexico - Veracruz Honey every time. It has a smooth taste to it, but with a dash of sweetness from the honey tone.
