This Medium-Dark Roast coffee comes from the Daterra Farm which is the first farm in the world to achieve a grade A (highest level) Rainforest Alliance certification for sustainability, and they were the first Brazilian farm to become certified fifteen years ago. Daterra strives to “produce coffee for a better world” by consulting with Sao Paulo State University–Luiz de Queiroz (ESALQ) to brainstorm ways the flora, fauna, water springs, and soil could thrive while simultaneously ensuring the preservation of forests and expanding human rights, making this one of the most truly earth and people friendly coffees available!

Our Med-Dark roast produces a well-rounded cup with pronounced semi-sweet chocolate and a hint of caramelized pecan through the balanced finish.
